JAY KIEW
With 13+ years of experience from Deloitte, TELUS & ADP, Jay leads mission-critical strategic transformations and has delivered over $2B of impact for 400+ executives by designing, developing and delivering organizational transformations. At 19, he became the world’s youngest Distinguished Toastmaster, featured in Financial Times, Globe and Mail, Financial Post, and more. Currently serving on the Project Management Institute’s Canadian West Coast Chapter Board, Jay holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, is a Prosci-certified PMP, and is an Insights psychometric practitioner.

MICHAEL BACH
Author and IDEA Thought Leader
With nearly 20 years of experience, Michael Bach is a recognized leader in inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA). As founding CEO of CCDI, CCDI Consulting, and Pride at Work Canada, he has driven equitable workplace practices across industries. Michael has advised thousands of clients, served as the national leader of DEI for KPMG Canada, and was Deputy Chief Diversity Officer for KPMG International. Named one of the “10 Most Influential DE&I Leaders Revamping the Future” by CIO Views Magazine, he has also been honored as a Canadian Diversity Champion and Catalyst Canada Honours Human Resources/Diversity Leader. His bestselling books, Birds of All Feathers and Alphabet Soup, have received widespread acclaim. Michael holds a postgraduate certificate from Cornell University and the CCDP/AP designation, openly sharing his experiences as a member of the LGBTQIA+ communities and as a person with a disability.

JODY WILSON
Lawyer, author, and former politician.
With years of experience in law and governance, The Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould, PC, OBC, KC, is a distinguished leader and advocate for Indigenous rights. Raised by a hereditary chief, she always aimed for leadership. As Canada’s first Indigenous Minister of Justice and Attorney General, she championed good governance and accountability. Jody served as MP for Vancouver Granville, including a term as the first female Independent MP in the 43rd Parliament. Before politics, she was a crown prosecutor and BC Regional Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, focusing on governance and Nation building. A member of the We Wai Kai Nation, her traditional name is Puglaas. She’s a bestselling author of Indian in the Cabinet, From Where I Stand, and True Reconciliation: How to Be a Force For Change.
